Safety is our number one concern when it comes to reusable pots. When returned to us, all of our pots are cleaned to food safety standards.

We use Holchem Tray Wash’n’Dry, which is a non-hazardous detergent and rinse aid specifically suitable for food and beverage production. It is designed to reduce retained moisture post-wash to aid the drying process and it complies with the biodegradability criteria of the European Detergents Regulation No 648/2004.

The wash is 1 min 25 secs at 60 degrees C and the containers are then air-dried in a warm cleanroom before heading out on their next journey.
